ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Should you find yourself in need of a refund for any reason, please contact our support team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Any attempts to initiate a return or refund without first contacting our support team will not be accepted or honored. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for review or consideration.
If eligible, our team will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
We do not take responsibility for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase
